1. Preparation before starting
Inspect the equipment: Conduct a comprehensive appearance inspection of the terry towel warp knitting machine to check whether the various parts of the machine are damaged, such as the needle bed, comb, transmission parts, etc. Check whether the knitting needles are intact, whether they are bent or damaged, and whether the sinkers are installed correctly.
Check whether the bolts at each connection are tightened to avoid loosening during the operation of the machine. At the same time, check whether the electrical circuit is connected normally and whether there are safety hazards such as damage and leakage.
Yarn preparation: Prepare the required warp yarn according to the production plan. Place the warp yarn on the warp beam, and ensure that the warp yarn has uniform tension and is neatly arranged during the warping process. The quality of the warp yarn directly affects the quality of the towel and the smoothness of the weaving process, so choose yarn of good quality and appropriate strength.
Check the yarn guide device to ensure that the yarn can pass through the yarn guide needle smoothly without entanglement or jamming.

2. Start-up operation
Connect the power: Turn on the main power switch and start the control system of the terry towel warp knitting machine. Some advanced warp knitting machines need to perform a self-check procedure before starting. Wait for the self-check to complete before proceeding to the next step.
Setting parameters: According to the variety, specification and pattern requirements of the towel, set the key parameters such as weaving speed, comb bar lateral movement parameters, warp feeding amount, and pulling speed in the control system. The setting of these parameters requires a certain amount of experience and understanding of the product. The initial setting can refer to the machine manual or previous production records.
Low-speed trial run: Before formal production, start the warp knitting machine at a lower speed and observe the operation of each part of the machine. Check whether the needles and sinkers cooperate normally, whether the comb bar lateral movement is accurate, and whether the warp feeding and pulling mechanisms can work normally. If any abnormality is found, stop the machine immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.

3. Normal production
Gradually increase the speed: After there is no problem with low-speed operation, gradually increase the speed of the warp knitting machine until the predetermined production speed is reached. During the speed-up process, pay close attention to the machine's operating status and product quality to ensure that the towels produced meet the quality requirements.
Quality monitoring: Regularly check the quality of the woven towels, including the uniformity of the loops, the density of the fabric, and whether there are any defects. If quality problems are found, adjust the machine parameters or check related parts in time, such as checking whether there is yarn breakage, whether the yarn guide needle is blocked, etc.

4. Stop operation
Gradually slow down: When the production task is completed or it is necessary to stop the machine for inspection, the speed of the warp knitting machine should be gradually reduced to avoid damage to the machine caused by sudden shutdown.
Cut off the power supply: After the machine stops completely, cut off the power supply and turn off the main switch. Clean the machine and perform simple maintenance, such as cleaning flying flowers and checking vulnerable parts, to prepare for the next production.
