For the planar linkage mechanism, because of the rich shape of the linkage curve generated at different points on the linkage plane, it is not an easy thing to find a suitable trajectory line from a large number of existing curves when it is necessary to achieve certain trajectory requirements. In order to solve this problem, a variety of scale synthesis methods of trajectory mechanisms have been developed.

 

The braiding mechanism includes a needle bed, a comb, a settling sheet bed and a press plate, which are generally driven by a CAM or eccentric connecting rod. Cams are often used in folding machines with low speed and complex motion rules. Eccentric connecting rod is widely used in equipment because of smooth transmission, easy processing, low wear and noise during high-speed operation.

 

There is a looping process in forming the warp yarn into the coils of each other and forming the warp knitting fabric on the non-knotting machine, which is realized by using the coordination movement of the needle and other looping machine parts (settler, yarn guide needle, pressure plate). The size parameter and relative position of the forming machine have great influence on the forming process.
