To prevent static electricity problems in direct warper machines, we need to start from environmental control, equipment modification, process optimization, and personnel protection, as follows:
Control the workshop environment
Maintain the relative humidity of the workshop at 60%-70%, adjust the humidity through a humidifier to reduce static electricity. Arrange the ventilation system reasonably to avoid excessively dry air. At the same time, ensure that the workshop temperature is stable to avoid static electricity accumulation due to excessive temperature differences.
Equipment grounding and antistatic treatment
Reliably ground the metal parts of the warping machine (such as the frame, yarn guide roller, and tensioner), and the grounding wire resistance does not exceed 10Ω to ensure that static electricity is conducted away in time. For parts that are prone to static electricity, such as yarn guide parts and warp beams, antistatic coatings can be used, or replaced with antistatic materials (such as conductive rubber, antistatic plastics) to reduce frictional charging.
Optimize process parameters
Reasonably adjust the yarn tension to avoid excessive tension that exacerbates friction and generates static electricity. Choose a suitable speed to avoid high-speed operation, causing severe friction between the yarn and equipment parts. During the yarn unwinding process, static electricity elimination devices (such as ion wind rods and static electricity elimination brushes) can be added to neutralize the surface charge of the yarn.

Use antistatic additives
For yarns that are prone to static electricity (such as chemical fiber yarns), antistatic treatment can be performed before weaving, such as using antistatic agents for oiling and sizing to reduce the surface resistance of the yarn and reduce static electricity. At the same time, regularly clean the flying flowers and oil stains on the surface of the equipment to prevent them from absorbing static electricity.
Personnel protection and management
Operators wear antistatic work clothes, gloves, and shoes to reduce the impact of human static electricity on production. Clean and maintain the equipment regularly, check whether the grounding system is normal, and ensure that the static protection measures are effective. Through the above comprehensive measures, the static electricity problem of the direct warper machine can be effectively prevented to ensure production safety and product quality.
