The damping tensioner is adjusted by adding or removing washers (single washer is about 5cN), and the electronic tensioner sets the target value to achieve automatic closed-loop control; ensure that the yarn guide path is smooth and wear-free, adjust the yarn guide rod angle to 45°-60°, and avoid sudden changes in tension; when the needle bed spacing is large, the back combing tension needs to be increased by 3-5cN to compensate for the yarn droop.

 

Real-time monitoring and dynamic correction

 

Install an online tension sensor, and the tension fluctuation exceeds ±5cN to automatically alarm and stop; randomly check the tension of 5-10 yarns every hour, and recalibrate when the error is greater than ±8%; observe the surface of the fabric, and if there are problems such as coil thinning, curling, and sparse needles, adjust the tension by 3-10cN in time; when changing the yarn specifications, first set the tension according to the principle, and then optimize the parameters by trial weaving 5-10 meters of fabric samples to ensure that the tension matches the production needs.
