Application

After cutting and finishing, the fabric can be formed medium pile fabric which pile height can be 5-25mm, the fabric pile is full and soft .Pile yarn into a circle and not detached from the base fabric. The machine is widely used in plush toys, fur coat, carpets, blankets and other products such as flannel, coral fleece, Kirin cashmere,circle fleece, PV velvet ,simulation fur etc.

Main machine Configuration

1. Knocking over part

Two individual type latch needle bars, two knocking-over bars, two sinker bars, five guide bars(one pile bar, 4 ground bars) which each equipped with accordingly guide yarn needle block and separate yarn needle block .sinker needle bar with sinker needle block , two pcs closed steel wire.

2. Warp shaft support

Warp shaft support can install 4 sets ground bar yarn let off device and 1 pile bar yarn let off device

Warp shaft dia 152mm, on the warp shaft can bear pile yarn bar for beam size Φ40"×21 and Ground bar for beam size Φ30"×21"

3.Yarn let- off device

Two-roller positively yarn let-off, change the let- off amount by the servo motors , 5sets EBA type yarn let- off driven.

4.Pattern Drive Mechanism

We will supply pattern drive device for one set according to fabric workmanship .

5.Fabric take –up and batching device

Take up and batching rollers driven by take up and batching servo motors ,independent batching device

6. Electrical Device

Three phase alternating –current supply 380V/50HZ.Frequency control, Main Motor:4kw
